    I highly recommend this hotel! The staff are amazing especially Justin who helped me with so much even with sending items I left behind! Lai was so amazing as well she helped me so much! Alot of the stuff speak English so it was so esay to find my way with Didi! To be honest I highly recommend this for people going to Disneyland Shanghai especially for the first time the bus was always there after the the show so we never worried about going home! I would like to point something truly amazing about this hotel that it's bit quiet compared with other super busy hotles even in summer holidays it was comfortable! I travel by myself with 6 years old and 14 years! They both were so happy and comfortable! This was my second stay I will definitely book it again over and over!

    The hotel provides shuttle services and is prompt in answering our queries. The place is clean and comfortable, I will definitely stay in this hotel if I am back in Shanghai.

    This is my second stay at this establishment. Had a great stay (7 nights). Excellent hotel for Disneyland Shanghai visits with free shuttle buses to and from the resort.. plus Pudong airport and Shanghai city centre(The Bund) shuttle buses provided to and from the hotel as well. The free self-laundromat provided was also a big plus. Hotel staff were extremely helpful, with special mention to the concierge(Joy Lu) who not only managed to retrieve our paper bag of food snacks left behind on the airport shuttle bus to the hotel but also helped us to book our Didi transport to another location in the city centre after we checked out. The room cleaners on Level 2 were extremely helpful and polite too and the lady on-duty at the front counter of the Pavilion restaurant in the mornings for the buffet breakfast was really welcoming and cheerful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone especially for Disneyland Shanghai visits.

    You can skip those rooms with outdoor playground, as you would rather get a bigger indoor space. i think in general i would only stay here for the free shuttles to the bund, disneyland and airport.
