Cardamon Villa is a 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom and seperate toilet detached house with AC and swimming pool , 5 minutes walk from Flic en Flac public beach

Excellent location, 5 minutes to the beach and restaurants. Huge grocery store right nearby. Everything you need for a long stay, good washing machine, stove, kitchen utensils. Nice little pool. Super helpful and friendly owners. Very well landscaped with lots of different flowering shrubs and plants. Clean interior. Money well spent.

Frustrating shower. No beach towels available, no duvet covers for blankets (only sheets). Only cash upfront (no cards)

The house and property was magnificent and really clean. The host is a friendly and polite Gentleman, willing to help. We felt comfortable right away.

The street, passing the house is quite busy and the cars passing by are often loud and speeding. We didn't want to walk around with our small child, unfortunately we had to take the car, even for the short way to the bakery. Front Yard and Pool are for both houses on the property. We had neighbours who didn't want to talk or share (neither space nor children's toys). Nice neighbours = nice and communicative situation, strange neighbours = strange situations by the Pool.

* Hospitality, both Faroz and his brother Ashlam did their best to make our stay comfortable. Our plane landed very early in the morning. Although check in is usually later, they allowed us to check in when we arrived so that we can rest after a long trip. They also allowed us a later check out. They also answered to all our questions. Do not hesitate to message them for anything. * The pool was very clean. We came in October when it was warm, not hot. The pool is in the sun the entire day. The water was great for swimming. Refreshing at the first touch, then it felt warm. There are 2 villas. One happened to be without guests. We were lucky to have the pool for ourselves. * The house had all the things that we needed: comfortable beds, clean sheets, 2 bathrooms, everything that we needed in the kitchen, washing machine, electrical devices against mosquitos. * Location was close to the beach and the center with all restaurants and the Jumbo supermarket. We had a car, but it wasn't necessary to use it in the evening. Before we came, I was worried about the comments on no pedestrian zone and the street dogs. We used the light from our phones to signal that we were there. The street was not busy with cars. There were other people walking like us. We had no problem. As for the dogs, I only saw one once on our street. It was very peaceful and went away when it saw us. We were dining almost every evening out. * The pictures were accurate. I knew what to expect.

Overall we were happy.of course there are always minor things. * It took me some time to learn how to use the shower. Don't hesitate to call Ashlam. He will explain you. Or even better, test it yourself while Ashlam is there.
