About this house rental

The Village Paganayoh is in the best condo Guarajuba, Costa Smeralda. Its excellent location allows you to have access to beaches, beautiful squares, bike paths and walking trails by the sea, without the need to move by car.

The village has a swimming pool, large green area on the edge of a beautiful lake, where you can enjoy the sunset. Are 03 quarters, all with air-conditioning, and 02 suites, bathroom, kitchen and outdoor area (bottom). We have LED TV, 42 ", Cable TV (Sky), WI FI. The rent already includes expenses with water, gas kitchen. The place is ideal for those who want to rest and enjoy the beauties of the coast with tranquility and security (security 24h / condominium closed).

Near the condominium, you can enjoy good restaurants, bars, pizzeria, in addition to being very close to Praia do Forte (9km or so) and next to Itacimirim Beach.

Note: The maximum accommodation is 08 (eight) people.

This is a beautiful Condo! Best location on the coast of Bahia. I lived in Bahia 10 years ago and so far this has been my favorite location. This Condo is actually better than the pictures and description of the property. There is an open area in the back with a bbq grill area and a small bathroom with an outside shower Loved this place , better then expected Will return and rent again
