The location seems far from the centre of Primorsko and the beach when you look it on the map, but in reality it is at most a 10 minute walk. My friends and I booked a total of three rooms for the seven of us and although the room I was in was very spacious I can't say the same for the other two rooms. The pool was very nice and the space where you can hang out was really nice too.
The guest house didn't have a parking included so you have to find one on your own, which can be difficult because there isn't much space left when you take into account most of the places are reserved from the municipality for the house owners. As I said the other two rooms were cramped. And last we had to share a balcony with another room next to ours, but that was only for my room, not the two others.
