Proper location for my work, everything needed for good sleep and private stay.

A bit noisy - sporty teenagers staying in neighbour rooms.

Basic but clean and extremely good value way to spend a night in a generally overpriced city as long as you don't mind being a distance from the centre. But there are are bus and train stations nearby so you can still be in the centre within half an hour easily.

Soundproofing could be better but not a major issue during my stay. But given that this is located at a football club I guess if you have a couple of youth teams staying it might be more of an issue.

It was perfectly adequate for what we needed and were looking for. Basically, a bed for the night before catching an early morning ferry to Helsinki. The accommodation is located within a sports facility just on the outskirts of Tallinn and was perfect. The check-in experience was seamless. The receptionist was very welcoming and was very helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The room temperature was perfect and we had a good night's sleep. The bathroom was perfectly fine, with everything spotless and working perfectly. There is also ample free car parking, which isn't something a lot of places offer in Tallinn.

I didn't find any fault whatsoever .

Room was spacious, clean and very convenient. Fitted our family of four well, and was very easy to arrive, get access. Staff were polite and courteous. Comfortable beds, good linen and good simple facilities.

Fridge/Freezer was relatively loud at night (and couldn't turn off as would have defrosted), when you went to the toilet the hallway lights came on and disturbed others in room - should be reviewed.
