An amazingly charming place

This place is amazing — a warm and welcoming home with beautifully stylish, clean rooms. The bathrooms have modern, spacious walk-in showers, and in the morning—although it’s stated that no breakfast is served—you’re still treated to little breakfast pastries. It’s perfectly located next to the sea and right in front of a park. A charming B&B you’ll want to return to again and again.

A lovely hostess, nice house & studio bedroom is small but quiet, close to everything.

This location is close to everything, the bed was comfortable, the owner very friendly. Couldn't hear other guests, so nice quiet house and street. The studio is small but comfortable and was supplied with little extra's to make our stay lovely.

It was a bit tricky to find the place coming by public transport.

Exceptionally friendly owners, and fantastic accommodation. Very well maintained and spec’d. Great interior with everything needed, a very large comfortable bed, and well equipped kitchenette (although we didn’t make use of this, given the great restaurants around)

Very welcoming accommodation

The room was clean and was cleaned (with towel change) everyday. Location is 5 min away from the beach. The hosts were delightful and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely go back when in De Haan.

We stayed in the studio-1 bed room apartment. Central position. Cosy bedroom and separate kitchen. Very clean. Parking for bikes available. Comfortable bed. Excellent friendly hosts.We felt very comfortable and would really recommend.

charming studio near the sea

Beautiful studio in a charming villa with view on the park of De Haan. Very comfortable furniture and decor curated in the details. The kitchen was a great plus in this period of social distancing (for this reason there was no breakfast included). Clean, silent, relaxing, all that we needed for a getaway. The hosts are very welcoming and offered us chocolates and waffles. The seafront is less than 5 minutes on foot and we enjoyed many walks in the dunes and woods nearby.

We have no complaints. Not fundamental for the type of accomodation and the length of our stay, but the kitchenware is very basic (good pots though!). We also enjoyed the coffee machine, with free pods.

Topverbljf op toplocatie bij fantastische hosts.

Villa Emila is de perfecte plaats om te verblijven in De Haan. Fantastische locatie, midden in de zogenaamde ‘concessie, het historische deel van het dorp. Ook heel dicht bij zee. De eigenaren en hosts hebben alles is tot in de puntjes geregeld in dit heerlijke verblijf met drie kamers. Of we hier terugkeren is geen vraag, alleen wanneer.

Klein aber fein

Wir waren zu einem kurzentschlossen Urlaub nur ein paar Tage in De Haan. Die Villa Emilia hat eine tolle strandnahe Lage, liegt aber trotzdem relativ ruhig. Das Doppelzimmer ist relativ klein aber optimal genutzt und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Damit, dass uns jeden Morgen ein süßer Snack zum Frühstück erwartet, haben wir nicht gerechnet und uns umsomehr über die frischen warmen Minicroissants gefreut. Vielen Dank!

De eigenaars waren HEEL vriendelijk. 's Morgens stond er een bordje met lekkers aan de deur en het ijsje dat we kregen was voortreffelijk.

Mein erstes und sicher nicht letztes Mal in De Haan; wirklich in jeder Hinsicht wunderbar

Es war ein von Anfang bis Ende schönes Erlebnis! Die Schlüsselüber- und Rückgabe liefen problemlos, die Lage ist perfekt und die Zimmer waren großartig - meine Freundin schwärmt noch immer von der Küche :D Und als Bonus ist direkt nebenan nicht nur das wundervolle Meer, auch das sicher beste Eis meines Lebens durfte ich hier kennenlernen. Und das wirklich gute Frühstück, das man morgens vor der Tür findet, rundet den Eindruck noch ab; wirklich empfehlenswert.

Ideaal gelegen verblijf in De Haan

Vriendelijke host. Sleutels afhalen in winkel zeer dichtbij. Zeer goede locatie. We kregen 1 bol ijs gratis per persoon voor de week dat we er verbleven. En twee pralines. Alle dagen 6 kleine ontbijtkoeken gratis aan de deur. Alle dagen opkuis en 2 verse handdoeken.

Er is maar 1 haak in de kleine badkamer om 4 handdoeken op te hangen. Oven niet bruikbaar. Geen vriesvak in de ijskast.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in der Villa Emilia und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Liebevoller und freundlicher Empfang. Alles ist sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das vor die Tür gestellte Gebäck reicht für ein Frühstück französischer/italienischer Art mit den bereitgestellten Nespressokapslen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Hotel mit Flair zentral gelegen.

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, tolle und große Zimmer mit Stil. Das Bett war sehr gut, die Ausstattung perfekt "Sonderwünsche" wurden erfüllt .. alles gut. Die Fahrräder konnten wir in der Tiefgarage sicher abstellen.

Das Waschbecken war sehr klein ... aber das ist wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Tolle Woche, gerne einmal wieder.

Tolles Zimmer, tolles Ambiente, super nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Tolle Lage, fünf Minuten zu Fuß ans Meer, fünf Minuten zu Fuß zur Kusttram (Küstenstraßenbahn). Nachts immer sehr ruhig, Es war eine tolle Woche.

Wir haben uns direkt in das Haus verliebt und können es nur empfehlen.

Reizende Vermieterfamilie. Morgens gab es Mini Croissants gratis und zur Begrüßung einen Gutschein für ein Eis, in der von der Familie nebenan geführten Eis/Pralinen Manufaktur. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt in das Haus verliebt. Sehr zentral gelegen und alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus empfehlen.

Sehr schöner, angenehmer Aufenthalt

Aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertungen haben wir in der Villa Emilia eine Woche Urlaub verbracht. Alle Erwartungen haben sich voll erfüllt. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, liebevoll gestaltet, das ganze Haus sehr ansprechend und äußerst sauber. Die Vermieterin Melanie ist sehr, sehr nett und freundlich und um die Zufriedenheit ihrer Urlaubsgäste sehr bemüht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top, zentral und trotzdem ruhig, mit einem Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir sind, obwohl wir fünf Nächte gebucht hatten, nach der ersten Nacht geflohen.

Im Haus herrscht tagsüber eine Luftvibration, die wir als krankmachend, auf keinen Fall als erholungsfördernd empfanden und bei der uns ein Mittagsschlaf unmöglich war. Das Badezimmer des Zimmer 3 war sehr klein, hatte nur ein winziges Waschbecken und eine enge Dusche und "müffelte". Obwohl unter "Ferienwohnung" gebucht, gab es keine Küchenzeile, lediglich eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Wasserkocher und einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Einzige Wasserstelle war das kleine Waschbecken.

agréable séjour au Coq, en partie grâce à ce chouette logement.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement, la décoration de la chambre, la plupart des équipements, la cuisine, le calme et le silence dans la chambre (parfait pour se relaxer). Les viennoiseries apportées le matin. la chambre était vraiment cosy et accueillante.

On aurait vraiment apprécié si la chambre était dotée de volets ou rideaux occultants afin de pouvoir dormir dans le noir complet. Nous avions pris nos masques mais c'est vrai que nous apprécions les chambres bien occultées pour dormir.

Prachtig huis. In het centrum en toch rustig. Fantastische gastvrouw. Uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niet echt in het huis aanwezig maar te bereiken in haar chocolatier om de hoek. Heerlijke attentie bij aankomst. Mooie kamers met veel natuurlijk licht. Parking genoeg in de omgeving en overal gratis. Ook laadmogelijkheden voor electrische auto's. Heel veel restaurants in de nabije omgeving.

De schoonmaak mag beter opgevolgd worden. Alles met meer liefde onderhouden want anders zal wat zo mooi gemaakt werd snel afgeleeft overkomen. Alle dagen mini-vienoiserie als ontbijt voor de deur van elke kamer voor ons niet nodig daar wij graag gezond ontbijten. . Maar iemand anders vindt dit misschien fantastisch. Zeer persoonlijk dus... Goed voor 1 ochtend maar wij waren er 4 nachten. Wij komen toch zeer graag terug!!!

Ostern in De Haan

Sehr tolle Lage und ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Die nette Gastgeberin hat uns jeden Morgen eine kleine Überraschung vor die Tür gestellt. Wirklich nett ! :) Auch zwei Kugeln Eis haben wir als Willkommensgeschenk bekommen. Sehr tolle Gastgeber, wir kommen wieder.
