Overall a great stay, the staff was very helpful.

The spa was really great, but sometimes very crowded.

Sometimes the kids did not leave the spa at 6:30pm per the rule. It is a completely different relaxing feel when the kids are not at the spa room.

Modern.. good location .. clean and well equipped

Double beds were 2 singles pushed together so not the most comfortable. Arrived in evening and would have been helpful if staff had informed us supermarket due to close in 20 mins as it shut as we got there so no supplies available until the following morning.

Skadi is perfect for a family break with comfortable rooms and an amazing spa and pool area

Second time we've stayed here. Super comfortable rooms with plenty of space for 4 people. Lounge area downstairs with pool and table football where you can bring your own drinks and food. Spa and pool perfect and never too busy

Great for family stay - don’t get caught out by extra parking charges that appear included when booking.

This stay would have been great but the extra parking charge was not made clear. It’s not in itself a massive cost at €90 but the way it was described as with parking when booking and the refusal of the team not to waive this cost was a shame.

Very good stay in the apartment but bad breakfast.

Good location s d great facilities. Room was nicely decorated and clean.

Breakfast was awful. No food left on the buffet, no hot food,no pastry and no fruits. Basically nothing except cold meat but staff did not seem to care as it was obviously under staffed. The manager charged us over 17 euro per person with knowing the situation is also unbearable.

Good location, spacious and comfortable rooms, wonderful spa - poor WiFi

Great apartment, fully kitted out with everything one needs. Comfortable and spacious, very quiet. Spa is wonderful and a good way to finish the day after skiing. Heated boot lockers a real treat. Staff were all friendly and professional, ski passes available directly from hotel and only a short walk to free ski busses which seemed very frequent. Happy to recommend this hotel particularly for families.

Wifi was extremely poor and stops me awarding full marks. A speed of under 1mbs in today's connected world is just not good enough. Thankfully the free wifi on the slopes was great.

nice but overpriced

they staff in reception could have been more friendly - when checking out ( @ 10) the receptionist had left the counter - leaving several guests waiting. Seems a little odd that you have to pay for use of billiard ( 2 euro) at a 5 star resort - no obe used the reception area - which was a pity was nice
