Welcoming staff who tried to be helpful. Clean hotel and everything is organized

Staff did try to be helpful but didn’t change the room that had terrible cigarette smell. That affected my sleep after late midnight check in to the hotel. The smell didn’t go away and the tried to clean it with quartz machine. Still didn’t switch the room. The breakfast has no meet options except one boiled sausage that probably barely had any meat in it. Coffee is instant for breakfast and brewed coffee for purchase.
