Sanderling Silent Beach Cabanas

What a stay in Tangalle! Everyone in Sri Lanka is friendly—the kindest people—but this couple will truly be missed. The way they treated us, always so attentive, is some of the best hospitality we’ve experienced in Sri Lanka! One night, we asked them to prepare dinner for us, and my goodness, it was the best meal we had in the entire country! The place is within walking distance of Tangalle’s two best beaches! If you’re unsure about staying here, don’t be—you won’t regret it! The host even arranged a transfer for us to Mirissa for an extra cost, of course, but they do everything to make sure we’re comfortable and happy. I recommend this place a thousand times over!

Отличное расположение между двумя пляжами. Если хотите попрыгать по волнам- Goyamboka beach 5 минут, если хотите просто плавать- Silent beach 5 минут, рестораны все рядом, до Тангале 10 минут. По самой вилле все хорошо, в номерах есть чайник, кружки, холодильник и тд, т.е можно и самим перекус. Либо, просто просите хозяина и готовите на кухне( ну уж если захотите). Вокруг павлины, мартышки, бурундуки и вараны, зоопарк одним словом. ОЧЧЧЧЧЧЕЕЕЕНЬ приятный и гостеприимный персонал, нам прям понравилось)

Из минусов может быть шумный кондёр, но это решалось следующим путем: перед сном сильно нагоняли температуру в комнате, открывали окна и до утра вполне себе продувалось и не было жарко. Ну и надо привыкать к однообразию завтраков) , но это уже придирки.

Hosts Gamini and Ira were extraordinary; they went above and beyond to provide additional services including transport and vegan breakfast options. The garden was like a wildlife park. So many birds and small mammals!

Having a seating area inside away from mosquitos would have been nice, but we made it work!

The property was set in a beautiful garden, we saw so much wildlife just sitting on our veranda! Our hosts Aida and Gamini were amazing, they really went out of their way to look after us, the breakfasts were yummy and one evening they made us a wonderful dinner. We loved it so much we stayed for 9 nights! The beaches were all a short walk away. We will always remember Gamini and Aida and the wonderful time we had at their cabanas and can’t thank them enough ❤️
