Good, central location, and close to restaurants at coffee shops. Was also very quiet.

There was not a lot of flexibility regarding the check-in time. Had to communicate ahead of time with the contact person and choose a specific 30 minute time period which is very difficult to do considering other excursions – even though check-in time is supposed to be from 2 to 10 PM. Had to modify the time due to an excursion going late and was told this was not going to work with the contact persons schedule so fortunately our guide interrupted the tour to drop us off at the property to do check-in. Having a lock box would solve all of this.

Very good contact with the owner and a location right in the city center. The room was quite spacious. We were able to leave our luggage longer, which was very convenient since we had an evening ferry. There is a very nice patio, and it’s close to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

The kitchen is the biggest downside — very poorly equipped and quite old, so it’s hard to cook anything there. There were a few ants in the room. The room is also a bit dark since it’s on the ground floor and has small windows. The contact with the owner, however, was good. There is no key box, so you have to arrange the exact time of arrival.

Very nice cleaning person. The location is very central with supermarkets, restaurants, bike rentals and beach. The walled backyard is spacey and it's nice to sit and dine under a green rooftop or a big palm tree. BBQ possibility.

Mainly - the bed was very uncomfortable (especially for 2 people), we did not get much sleep. Noises from the street echoing through the ventilation holes. Not much air flow - only one small window to the backyard.
