The property was in a great location for us, only a short drive into Vincentia. It’s well maintained & clean, the check in process was super quick & the lady at reception was lovely. We were directly across from the playground which was amazing being able to let the kids play whilst supervising from the comfort of our own room. The coffee van was delicious & the girl working in there had great customer service also. The shower pressure was also incredible for a holiday park which is a big win for me!
It would have been great if the coffee van was open more mornings than just Saturday & Sunday. And the bathroom didn’t have very much storage so it was difficult to leave all your toiletries etc in there with 4 people using the bathroom but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Nice view of the lake, lots of space for kids to play. Very exposed to nature. Nice decorations and night festival. Bike activities for kids were fun and unique.
It was pretty standard, though there were no exceptional features. Staff behaviour was alright, but not the kindest. Blinds were broken in my room. Front door was annoying to keep open and closed, it was quite heavy. Mattresses were not that comfortable.
