Borgo dé Brandi

It was an amazing experience, large, spacious and beautiful rooms, a quiet and pleasant atmosphere, professional and respectful staff, the most beautiful view we have ever seen, my family and I loved the place and we will definitely go back there again.

The location was absolutely picturesque. The scenery couldn't have been more beautiful. It was quiet at night and provided excellent access to Monteriggioni and the Via Francigena. I would gladly stay here again for the setting alone.

Wonderful facility and an excellent location, but the staff could benefit from better customer service training. When I arrived and explained that I had reserved a room with two beds, I was told I was mistaken. When I showed my Booking.com reservation confirming two beds, I was told Booking.com had made the mistake. When I then showed my confirmation email also specifying two beds, I was told they were sorry, but it was now my problem. The situation was eventually resolved when the staff discovered that a piece of furniture in the room converted into a single bed (see photo). They only realized this after I insisted they contact someone for assistance. I appreciated that the issue was ultimately resolved, but it was disappointing that the initial response was to assume the reservation was my mistake or Booking.com's rather than investigate the room itself. As a guest arriving for the night, it left me feeling that solving the problem was being placed on me instead of the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Borgo de Brandi—it was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The view from our room was stunning, overlooking beautiful olive groves and vineyards that made the setting feel truly special. The breakfast included gluten-free options, and the staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The charming medieval village of Monteriggioni is just a 15-minute walk away and is definitely worth a visit. You can reach many famous Tuscan towns by car in less than an hour.
