HOUSING
You will have the entire accommodation (400m2 on two levels) which can accommodate, very comfortably, up to 8 adults and 2 young children (not counting babies!). It has 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 4 walk-in closets, a large open kitchen, a double living room, a library and 2 covered terraces, one of which is nearly 100 m2.
All bedrooms, the double living room and the library are air conditioned. All rooms and terraces are equipped with ceiling fans.
DAILY HOUSE SERVICE
The rental price includes a house service 4 hours a day, from 8 am to noon, which is provided by Reina, our trusted lady.
She will prepare your breakfast with the food you have provided, do the dishes, the beds and the cleaning of the bathrooms and the accommodation, in all discretion. In addition, for an hourly cost or a fixed price to be agreed in advance, she can prepare your meals for lunch and dinner, do laundry and ironing or even babysitting.
You can enjoy your breakfast and your meals on the terrace of the first level while taking advantage of the superb clear view on the ocean and the green hills. In the evening, after a beautiful day at the beach or in the pool, the large covered terrace on the second floor will welcome you to relax, have a drink while listening to music, surf the web or television, enjoy the games available or simply marvel at the beautiful sunsets, lying on one of the hammocks.

BABY KIT
A Baby Kit is available free of charge. It includes 1 baby cot (0 to 3 years old),
1 changing table, 1 highchair, 1 bathtub, dishes, and potty.
CHILD SEAT
2 highchairs, for children from 3 to 6 years old, are also at your free disposal.

CAR PARK
Parking is free in the residence. A reserved place is at the foot of the accommodation. Additional vehicles can be parked near the swimming pools.

STAIRS
The accommodation includes steps stairs : 16 steps to access the 1st level of housing and 16 steps to access the 2nd level.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you by e-mail to organize your arrival and your stay as well as possible.
Our manager will welcome you upon your arrival. He will present the accommodation and the functioning of his equipment to you and will take the reading of the electricity meter with you.
He will also be present when you leave.

We loved everything about our stay here! The place was nice and big, views were stunning. Kids had plenty to play with, they loved the table tennis. Any questions we had or concerns got resolved very quickly and with great communication. The area is beautiful and with so much to do that we didn't even go to the local swimming pool :) so I've no idea if any good. The property itself is well thought through. Blinds everywhere to help keep cool. Nets on all doors windows to keep the mosquitos away. We used some a/c to help us stay cool at night. Kitchen worked well. Electricity dropped out a few times but the backup generator kicked in quickly so we were unaffected. I mean, I could live at this villa and not change a thing ... that's how good and comfortable it was for us! :)

The most lovely of accommodations in a beautiful complex. The unit is impeccable, outfitted very well, spacious, and beautiful. Kattya was so helpful the entire trip, and Reina was the best. We had just the most wonderful getaway here.

Nous sommes une famille de 4 (enfants de 6 et 8 ans) qui venons de passer une semaine dans ce penthouse. Nous avons adoré notre expérience. Ce penthouse a une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et locéan et les couchés de soleil! La plage située à 2 minutes (en voiture ou VTT) était paradisiaque! Lintérieur du penthouse était super (déco, jeux pour les enfants, livres pour TOUS les goûts, cuisine très complète, etc...). Notre garçon de 8 ans a vraiment beaucoup aimé les livres denfants un peu partout (exemples: Jaime Lire, Comment/Pourquoi cest?, BD, etc... etc... etc...). Cela a été difficile de les laisser sur place en quittant :-) . Tout était tel que décrit (beaucoup de détails) sur vrbo. La property est bien située mais un véhicule est nécessaire (voire très utile) pour aller en ville. Tout avait été parfaitement planifié, MERCI!!!!! Seul petit bémol, quelques unités sont en construction (finalisation intérieure) actuellement: nous vous recommandons de valider avec le manager avant de louer selon votre période. Le manager était à lécoute et disponible et Reina était très gentille et nous a bien aidés. Les enfants ont adoré, surtout les grands balcons (jeux aux 2e étage) et la piscine. Très grand pour une famille de 4. Nous aurions été très confortables à 2 familles. Secteur TRÈS tranquille comme on lespérait (nous étions en basse saison). Espérons pouvoir y retourner!!!! Nous avons adoré! Merci!!!
