Owner - not GREAT!
Disaster Preparedness - HORRIBLE
They do NOT tell you there are almost daily brownouts - for years! They should acknowledge that on Agoda and not claim to offer A/C then not provide it. Then, when I complain, they blame the government and say 'our generators are weak and cannot provide A/C.. Then I find that many many other hotels have generators that will provide A/C during brownouts and ask for a refund and they refuse. I have to haggle with Agoda and the owners for two days. Finally Agoda refunded me, NOT the hotel! Then finally the hotel refunded one night only. If you don't mind owners that value greed over guest satisfaction and happiness - stay here. If not - go to BadLadz Hotel!

The room was a good size, it was older outdated, small TV but the hotel is on the beach. You must have a bike in order to get around. It was a good value for the money.
