About this country house rental
Completely remodeled farmhouse (2017). The main floor is an open area with complete kitchen, an island, dining and living room. There are two bathrooms (no tubs) on the main floor. One bedroom is on the main floor with three bedrooms upstairs, each with double beds.
This family farmhouse was in its original state for many years until 2016-2017 when it went through a complete reconstruction and remodel. The house was raised to put a new foundation in the north half, and a utility basement. Walls were knocked out to open up the downstairs living area. Everything is new, downstairs windows, insulation, electrical wiring, plumbing, floors, baths, cabinets, everything.
Everything is furnished linens, towels, kitchenware, Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer. This is a quiet farmhouse with lots of space inside and outside.
There is no garage.
No pets or any animals are allowed. (Please read Rental Agreement)
Security cameras (3) are on the exterior of the house, located above east entry door; northeast corner under soffit overseeing driveway; northwest corner of house overseeing machine storage building.
The owner lives on the same acerage.

We really enjoyed staying in this rental. There was plenty of room in all the bedrooms and living space. Very nice house.

Our whole stay was seamless, thanks to the owners! The owners very friendly, and welcoming! The house was tucked away from town, so it was nice, quiet and secluded. The house was clean, updated inside and cozy with extra blankets, pillows, fans and they even got a few grocery items and coffee from Honduras! We were in town for a wedding, and this was so much more comfortable than staying at a hotel. We had enough room to eat, talk, play, sleep and make more memories with each other than have to stay divided in rooms, especially with little kids with bedtimes. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again, and recommend this to a couple, or families looking for a weekend getaway together!
