Comfortable and clean, but the stay did not fully match what was advertised

The apartment was clean, spacious and well maintained, with lovely views of the surrounding area.

There were a few important things that were not clear from the listing and affected our stay. The apartment is located below the owners’ residence, which was not mentioned. As a result, there was noticeable noise from above at times. The listing advertised a washing machine, which was a key reason for our booking while travelling with children. In reality, the washing machine was shared with the owners, locked, and only accessible by prior arrangement, which was inconvenient and not what we expected based on the listing. The apartment was also quite cold during our stay, and this was difficult to manage. Additionally, access involves walking downhill from the street to the apartment. This may be challenging if you have heavy luggage, mobility issues, or are travelling with children. Overall, while the apartment itself is nice and clean, we feel the listing would benefit from clearer and more accurate descriptions so guests can make an informed decision.

Spacious, clean, well furnished apartment. We stayed for the weekend as a family of 4 and everything was perfect. The host was also very welcoming, making for a memorable stay.

L’emplacement du chalet face aux montagnes et en dehors des zones plus habitées est pour nous parfait pas un bruit L’aménagement intérieur est très chaleureux Grace au bois Le parking de la voiture est facile La cuisine est très bien équipée La douche est confortable

La température dans le chalet était un peu juste surtout dans la salle de bains Les couettes sont pour notre goût un peu courtes et ont tendance à s’échapper du lit 🤣🤣

Vue extraordinaire!

En premier lieu la vue est exceptionnelle ! Quel bonheur de se poser à l'ombre, face à la montagne, après une bonne journée de randonnée ! Le lieu est idéal car les remontées sont accessibles à pied. L'appartement est très bien décoré et très bien équipé. L'accueil des propriétaires était top. Leysin est une très belle étape pour découvrir la région, il y a beaucoup à faire !

Sehr erholsam und trotzdem in der Nähe vom Genfersee.

Tolle, ruhige Lage. Die Aussicht von der Wohnung war super. Die Grösse und Einrichtung. Badezimmer sehr schön und neu. Küche hatte alles zum kochen.

Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser waren mehrheitlich schmutzig. Wir mussten diese zuerst waschen um sie benutzen zu können. Da müsste der Besitzer die Reinigung genauer überprüfen/überwachen. Das war der einzige Punkt zur Beanstandung.
