Señal de wifi un poco deficiente

Lo mas lindo son las vistas al lago y en los espacios comunes el Parque. El loft tiene lo justo , basico pero suficiente y estaba limpio , no impecable .

No me gusto que la pileta no estaba climatizada y es chica .El Restautante del complejo no estaba funcionando y eso es importante cuando llegas tarde y tenes que salir con el auto a cenar o buscar provisiones.A la mañana y tarde solamente habia una pequeña cafeteria en el complejo .

The flat is decent, has all the facilities required. It’s situated on the lake, which is quite nice. There is 24/7 security, in particular if you habe a rental car (you definitely need a car to access the property), which can be considered quite important in Bariloche given the security incidents that can occur there. Paola, the coordinator, was very nice and friendly as well as flexible upon our arrival and departure.

The host/owner, Martin, was chasing for payment from the offset. Besides asking for a deposit on PayPal multiple weeks before, he was asking again about payment currency (initially asked for USD) a few days before our arrival. He also initially wanted to charge us IVA, for which it is widely publicised that foreign tourists are not liable for; we needed to contest this. Furthermore, he only accepted cash payment (ATM fees are very high in Argentina) whilst we understood the acceptance of card payment being an obligation for accommodation providers in Argentina (we were able to pay by card everywhere else we stayed on our >2 week trip in the country). Lastly, he quoted an USD/ARS exchange rate that was to his favour vs. the market (which we again needed to contest) and made us pay before our departure which we found unreasonable. In the midst of all the debate about payment, not once did Martin check on our satisfaction with the accommodation and whether everything was in order. On the basis of the above listed on the host, I would not recommend anyone to stay at Martin’s apartment if they want a relaxed holiday stay.
