Very clean, comfortable beds, large comfortable seating area. Nicely equipped kitchen. Lovely views across Plakias from the balconies.
The third bedroom is essentially a very large studio apt in the basement area with a separate entrance. Great for teenagers who might want their own space or grandparents who welcome quiet nights. No window or view but light comes in view glass in door.
The immediate outside area has a purpose built bbq and seating area - ideal for entertaining.
Welcoming pack of wine, biscuits etc was a very touch.
Despina, our host, was absolutely lovely and responded very quickly if we WhatsApp’d her.
Nothing for us - however it’s difficult to take a car to the front door so there is a short walk to car parking which may not be ideal if less abled.

I would have given the property a 8.5 rating but that isn't possible! It is a nice property but for us there were some disadvantages. The house is 1,292 square feet but it doesn't feel spacious as the lower floor is only accessible from outside. The location was good as it is close to the beach and it is a pleasant walk into Plakias which we really liked. ThinkVilla were excellent with their communications to us and the lady (owner?) who cleaned the house and gave us the keys was very welcoming. Although there is no parking we always found a spot to park on the nearby street
It wasn't possible to position the shower head on the wall in the upstairs bathroom. We therefore used the downstairs shower but the shower head kept flopping down and as a section of glass had been removed from the shower cubicle one had to be careful not to get water all over the floor.
There is some funny plastic piping sticking out of some of the walls.
The house is an end unit of 3 terraced houses. We did hear some noise from the house next door. The field next to the house was being cleared by a bull dozer during our final night there. I think houses might be built in the field which would block the view and create noise during the construction process.
