Really open and spacious . Well equipped. Bed very comfortable

We had no Wifi for our whole 6 night stay. Initially told an upgrade was happening and it would be fine next day . Given multiple networks and passwords but it never worked. This also affected smart TV. We contacted staff multiple times and seems to get a different response or they didn’t know reaction . The phone data was also very poor so this wasn’t ideal and wouldn’t suit people trying to work .

While we were given an upgrade, The room was light, spacious , and well designed with separate bedroom and bathroom, lounge & dining area with tables & chairs, well stocked kitchen with stove top, microwave, oven, & full sized refrigerator, outdoor table & seats on balcony. Windows & doors to let in fresh air. Comfortable king size bed & plenty of wardrobe space. Well located to Harbour area, paths, restaurants, small supermarket, and walking distance to Honeysuckle light rail station giving access to several areas. Reasonably priced. Overall a great stay.

We found the property and reception difficult to find and eventually had to park the car and walk around to find it. More specific directions would have been better. We didn’t like the 2 codes system to gain entry to doors, lifts, and room, which didn’t always work (quite frustrating), rather than the ‘tap the digital key’ system- much simpler, less hassle.

The apartment was perfect for our stay: clean, airy, well equipped with a fine view of the harbour wharves, good air conditioning and very convenient for all inner city attractions, food options and waterside walks. The apartment did not disappoint and was wonderful once we had gained access. Our only issue is the offhand and uncaring receptions staff and complete/convoluted/contradictory advice, poor directions and lack of signage.

It took 55 minutes to checkin, park, find the correct foyer, locate the apartment and gain entry. This was frustratingly unsatisfactory: After a welcoming call from Reception to confirm time of arrival, we arrived at 2.55 and waited for 3pm checkin. After a pause of several minutes the reception worker on the right hand side counter noticed my presence. He confirmed the booking, gave a convoluted instruction about car parking ($25 per night, not “car parking is $25” as sent by text). Our clerk, on advice from his offsider that he’d given incorrect advice, then cancelled the text he’d sent about car parking and took some minutes to reverse his instructions. He then sent another text and presented a two-sided sheet full of instructions for car parking and room entry. We were given blue and green tabs. The instruction only mentioned a black tab. I asked which one to used and got a vague instruction that one of them would work. All of this took in excess of 15 minutes-WHY so convoluted for a simple checkin???????????? Our PIN worked for garage entry. One tab worked - after a couple of tries - on the second sensor (we walked back to do this after driving past to clear a space for a following car)… Then the long drive to locate the car park numberd space. We unpacked the car and went looking for the “basement foyer”. The foyer does not appear on the map. We found TWO foyers. There are no signs or labels suggesting which foyer to use. The coloured fobs did not open the doors. At this point we couldn’t see another foyer so called for assistance. The mobile number used previously to contact us did not pick up. We called the number on the printed instructions. There was no response to option 3 (“all other calls”) on several attempts, so I called reservations. Only with phone assistance from a manager in Lambton could we locate a third foyer and gain access to the unit with a PIN she provided as neither of the wrongly coloured key tabs worked.
