Great place to stay!

Such a great place to stay in Vodice. The appartment has everything you need. It's clean and has a great swimming pool. 5 Minutes walk to the beach and 15 min walk to the centre. Host Mato and his daugther Lara are so lovely! You are definitely in very good hands. I just wanted to say hvala for making our recent stay in your apartment so special. From the moment we arrived, your warm welcome made us feel right home.

Disappointed and not suitable for four adults.

Balcony area, pool and well equipped kitchen. Good towels

Sofa bed - no instructions how to assemble and to small for two adults ( anyone over 5 foot). Blinds in lounge broken and some parts missing therefore unable to close and keep out sunlight from those sleeping on sofa bed. Only one toilet roll for four guests! No washing up liquid. There was a safe but it was not safe to use as not bolted down and easily removed- see pictures. Require inside table to eat especially if using sofa as a bed.

Amazing week stay with fantastic hosts

The property is in a fantastic location. It is clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The hosts are amazing. They were both so welcoming and helpful. The owner even brought a bottle of fizz to the apartment on my birthday which was incredibly sweet. We could not fault our stay and we are so grateful to the staff and the hosts for making it so perfect! Thank you so much.

We can't complain about anything. Everything was perfect!

For us as a family of 4, the most important was to have a very clean apartment with a safety place for a car. The host was very welcome. The beach was 5mins to foot, town center is also about 15 minutes with great restaurants. We had everything we needed with a beautiful view from our balcony. Top clean apartment!!! Absolutely recommend it!!!

Vlasnik kuće je susretljiv,lako dostupan i nenametljiv. Apartman je čist, uredan i moderan. Sve je kao na fotografijama. Bazen je bio uredan, čist i održavan. Želimo se opet vratiti.

Ruim appartement maar moet opgeknapt worden.

Ruim appartement dat goed is uitgerust met eigen parkeerplaats. In enkele minuten daal je af naar het strand, terug omhoog doe je er wat langer over. Mato is vriendelijke man die voor je klaar staat en goed duits praat. Tribunj is dichtbij met grote supermarkt en erg leuk, vodice is feeststad en verder weg.

De reviews leken erg goed. Helaas kloppen die niet. Airco werkt niet, balkon in ochtendzon en er was binnen geen eettafel dus niet praktisch. Badkamer lekt waardoor water de slaapkamer inloopt, stopcontacten uit de muur. Lamellen verduisteren niet dus vroeg wakker. De lokatie ligt midden tussen andere appartementen en geen privacy. Zwembad is plonsbak voor verkoeling maar ligt direct tegen terrassen buren aan.

Top Apartment! Jederzeit wieder

Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Der Pool ist auch mega, schön sauber und angenehme Temperatur zum Abkühlen. Mato der Gastgeber ist der beste. Begrüßt einen gleich mit einem kalten Bier und einen Wein gibt's auch geschenkt 🤩 Zum Strand sind es ca 500m, zu Fuß also ca 5 min. Der Strand besteht aus grobem Kies, also unbedingt Wasserschuhe mitnehmen, va. wegen der Seeigel. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, etwas abseits vom Zentrum, aber wir mögen genau das. An der Strand Promenade kann man sowohl bis nach Vodice Zentrum als auch bis nach Tribunj laufen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können es nur weiterempfehlen! 🤩

Schöner Aufenthalt

Schönes, gepflegtes Appartement. Alles vorhanden was man in der Küche benötigt. Netter Gastgeber, der auch im Haus wohnt, und uns des öfteren zu einem Aperol und Schnaps eingeladen hat. Nur 5 Minuten zum nächsten Strand und 20 Gehminuten ins Zentrum von Vodice. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
