Quiet, good location close to shops, the space & pool, very kind staff, and quick to respond when in need of help.

Loved the space. Quiet and not in the centre of noise.

The property was stunning and well maintained. The staff made you feel welcomed. I liked that it sat back from the Main Street of Canggu.

My booking reservation was for 2 rooms for 2 adults. I was travelling with my brother. A couple of days before, I received a notification from the reception stating that the top room would be closed because the booking was for 2 adults in 1 room. I was perplexed by this, despite having a confirmation. In one of the photos, it states to book 2 rooms, you must book for 4 people. In the grand scheme of things, we were required to pay an additional 350,000.00 (about $30 Australian dollars) rupees for each night to have to the two rooms. Granted I hadn’t read this thoroughly, I found it annoying. I intentionally booked the villa for a third night as my flight out was late in the evening. They make you sign a waiver to declare why you are leaving early.

Lovely staff who were very friendly

Sadly wasn’t the villa the pictures made out to be. Lots of building work surrounding the property so the location was a bit strange. Villa wasn’t very clean - lots of stains on furniture, hair left on the bed, mould around the pool. Sunbeds could do with some cushions. Bedroom doors also didn’t lock and there was no safe. Kitchen didn’t supply basic tea or coffee like most other places do.
