2 bedroom Apt on Parkyn Parade with pool and Air conditioning

Very well equipped and great location being on ground floor !front and back verandahs and a really nice outlook over the river

The apartment was really well stocked of all the things we needed. Lovely space for a family of four with two young kids. Enclosed courtyard at the front provided a safe area for toddler to explore. Kids loved discovering the stash of games and puzzles too!

Floors could have been slightly cleaner, a bit of dust under beds etc. Outside courtyard area tiles were quite dirty.

It was very spacious, set up fantastic and located in a great spot.

There needs to be a clear numbering system on where the unit is. We entered from the garage, 2 staircases and no indication what numbered units were up either one. Being 14 we assumed at the top, when in fact it was the first floor as you entered, but doors are behind staircase so you couldn’t see the numbers on the doors, and again no signage to say “unit 13, 14 this way” ect. Some confusion when we first arrived after an 8hr drive, a terrible interaction with the staff when obtaining key, just a dampner to the start of our holiday.

The location was perfect, the only thing that I would suggest is that they replace the tv with a smart tv. We would have liked to sign into our account and put a movie on for the kids while we sat outside. Also the air conditioner in the main room was so noisy. All in all pretty small adjustments for a great location.
