. Beautifully landscape surrounds this condo and pool area with BBQ pit. You will enjoy the beach theme in this well equipped condo. Just bring your clothes. The kitchen has a dishwasher ,microwave, stove, refrigerator with ice maker and all cooking utensils. There is a full size washer and dryer. Along with beach umbrella, beach cart for your 5 min walk to beach. Just a short drive to Publix, Walmart, and many restaurants(4mins).Master bedroom with King bed, walk in closet and private bath. Second room buck bed full bed on bottom and extra twin in room. All bedding and linens included.

This property has great potential. The landscaping is amazing and the proximity to the beach wasn’t bad. Unfortunately, the pool was disgusting with bird droppings everywhere in and out of the pool which was unfortunate since there was no comfortable outdoor space to hang out despite the picture shown. The apartment was pleasant and well appointed. The high note was the property manager was accommodating and easy to deal with.

Place was very clean, master bedroom needs a king size bed. The sofas were too soft. The porch needs to be screened in, way too many gnats, could not enjoy the pool because gnats are so bad. Owner was very easy to get a hold of.
