Despite being a rear apartment, the view out towards the Mooloola River mouth was stunning (despite the construction work on the foreshore, due for completion around March 2027). Also an excellent location for eating out, lots of restaurants straight out the front. A Coles nearby for those who love to cook and the Apartment has all you will need to facilitate that. The owners had thoughtfully left lots of inclusions to make it a great base for a family holiday.
The ensuite was a tad small but that's about it.

The living and dining areas were great and the views were superb. The kitchen and appliances were modern with plenty of utensils.
Even being on the 7th floor the noise from the pub below was very loud in the main bedroom.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed.
The apartment is very run down. Some of the doors don't close properly and there have been some pretty average repairs carried out in the bathroom. Both bathrooms could do with an update. Location is convenient with beautiful views, however it's in a really noisy location. Construction noises during the day and pub across the road generates alot of noise at night.
