A bit complicated with the instruction. It's nice that the place is a bit hidden, which is quiet, but instruction can be made more clear, perhaps with picture, or instruction like "look below". Took us like 30 minutes to find the entrance and checked in.

It was a few minutes walking distance from the Hakusan Station, which made it easy to get to the rest of Tokyo on the Mita line. There were also a few restaurants and convenience stores close by if we needed anything. The room was very comfortable and private as well.
The only thing I can think of is the noise from the street outside, but that's to be expected being right in the street and close to the city.

Location is great. The host is very nice, helpful and friendly. They even aloweded me to smoke on they private balcony :) Gave me a tea in the morning and in general treated me like family.

Great location and very quiet neighborhood. Room was on the smaller side but big enough. Very clean bathroom and toilet. The accommodation is above an Unagi restaurant. We didn't get the opportunity to eat there but that sounds pretty useful to have. Check-in and check-out are completely automated through a website.
The toilet does not have integrated bidet. Not a big issue but after a whole trip of using bidet toilets it came as a surprise. Never met the host which is not exactly a negative but just a bit disappointing. But I can respect wanting to keep their private life separate.
