Newly furnished 5 bedroom/5 bath contemporary property with oversized brand new salt water, heated pool. Property is over one acre so extremely private and secluded but yet walking distance to nearby beach. This house was a true gem of a find. It was spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. Amenities were plentiful and the set up was perfect. We had breakfast in the kitchen every morning, had snacks and cocktails in the dining room and enjoyed relaxing in the living room at night. There was also game room with a pool table that we used as well. The outdoor space is magnificent, however, the weather did not cooperate, so we were not able to enjoy it but that being said, we had more than enough room and options indoors. All the ladies complimented how well they slept and one even used the bath; as there were amazing bath salts provided!!! I don't even have enough space to talk about the communication with David, the owner as he was amazing! I had a lot of important and silly questions, and he answered all of them quickly and with kindness. The house was hot when we got there and the A/C unit was dual and had specific instructions that David told me about. When he heard the apprehension in my voice, he told me he could work the unit remotely from his phone and not to worry about it at all!! The location is fantastic. We were right at the base of the forks, 20 min to the north fork wineries and about 35 min to the south fork wineries so that was a plus. David recommended restaurants nearby and we pick one and it was FABULOUS! Thank you again David for our fabulous stay and the amazing memories we made!!!!

The house and grounds are beautiful, well maintained and clean. The entire house is bright and airy. There are many extras you don’t find often. A cabinet full of spices and kitchen supplies, kids toys, life jacket, swim diapers, puzzles and more. Kids potty, stair gates, portion, two regular cribs. We had 6 kids ages 2 to 7 and they had plenty of space to play indoors and out. Highly recommended.
