location could not be any better, right at the Port Arthur site
staff fantastic, very friendly and helpful
room was all you need for a short stay
restaurant was lovely as were meals and very reasonable
can't say there are any dislikes for this holiday stay :)
the only bit of advice I would add is wear good support shoes to Port Arthur as the ground is very uneven, I wore sandals resulting in a trip to St Helens Hospital with a fractured Ankle :(

Great Location. Good size room, comfy bed, dinette with comfy chairs and additional chair. Plenty of power points, doors out onto deck with a bit of a view of Port Arthur historic site. Able to access the historic site from the hotel grounds.
Kitchen facilities could be improved, only 2 plates, teaspoons and knives supplied with toasters, kettle and microwave . Needed to get bowls and spoons from the restaurant. shower quite small and hot water a bit spasmodic. A bit noisy with guests coming and going at all hours?? Parking is tight and a bit confusing, but plenty available nearby.
