This freshly 754 square foot condo is just steps from the beach, renovated and a corner-unit offering stunning ocean views! Pack up the cooler and head to the beach or lounge by the pool and soak up the serenity that is Kihei Bay Vista.
Relaxing, airy and open, this comfortable unit is great for families and couples alike. Sit on the airy lanai, or enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, an open floor plan, a king bed and walk in closet in the master bedroom!
This condo is on the first floor with just a few stairs leading up to it. The grounds of this charming complex are lush and tropical and offer an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a picnic pavilion and BBQs. This courtyard is central to the complex and is visible from the large lanai attached to this unit.
Kihei Bay Vista is across the street from the beach and is within walking distance to the Whale Sanctuary and Kalepolepo park.
Please Note: The County will be clearing out the gulch behind the complex sometime in Nov 2024- April 2025. There may be intermittent periods of dust and some noise. They will also be installing barrier wall to help reduce dust and noise.

We’ve come to Kihei Bay Vista for the last 20 years never disappointment always beautiful and very tropical will be back again within the year one of the most affordable condos

This place was wonderful! Other than the AC unit that malfunctioned (it was hot) it was the best place and location! We will be back.

Had a great time. The place had everything you need to cook and that was nice.Furniture can be updated, sofa and bed, blinds were broken, could not open the windows in the bedroom because no screen,wall by the patio door falling apart, iron board needs cleaning. The location around had construction and cones all over the place. There was a big lagoon that had nasty water so the view was not as it looks on the picture.
