All the rooms we all had were great clean with great views. Pools were great grounds are very nice parking was never a problem beautiful place to stay. The only problem was their elevator’s one was broken so it took a long time to go upstairs people were lined up literally. If you did not have groceries or luggage you could use the stairs but that gets old when you are on the top floors

Two years ago we stayed in this unit and I had to fix the bed on the first night of arriving. Since the front desk was closed I had no choice but to use bed sheets to support the frame from falling apart. The front desk was notified but nothing was resolved before we left. When we arrived a full year later. It was very disappointing to notice the same bed sheets holding the frame together. You should be paying me for a fix that lasted over a year. We will no longer be staying in your unit because of that. Hopefully this will motivate the owners to address the problem.
