Boasting a huge covered terrace for dining and an open-air terrace for relaxing on sun loungers facing the sea, the apartment comprises a large living room with a fireplace and sofa, a dining area, an open-plan kitchen opening onto a terrace overlooking the hills, two air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds), both opening onto the sea-facing terrace, a bathroom with toilet, and a shower room with toilet.

Belle copropriété et bel appartement toit terrasse qui mériterait vraiment d'être rénové et entretenu : un coin cuisine qui a vécu, une cabine de douche exigüe et jaunie, une baignoire vieillissante et difficilement utilisable, des toiles de stores sales et décousues, un salon de jardin pas très net, les coussins des banquettes extérieures poussiéreux et sales à notre arrivée que nous avons dus nettoyer suite à des allergies attrapées pendant notre séjour, une pièce de vie sans climatisation et pas très bien isolée où la température grimpe très vite les jours de forte chaleur sans vent, un bloc climatisation installé dans chaque chambre mais très bruyant placé directement au dessus du lit. Voici la liste des quelques points négatifs relevés pendant notre séjour de 2 semaines. Ceci dit, cet appartement reste très agréable de part sa situation, son extérieur spacieux, sa vue mer panoramique, sa grande tranquillité et le charme indéniable des grands eucalyptus qui bordent l'arrière de la copropriété. Belles vacances.
