Die Große Anlage mit Ausreichend Parkplätzen, verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Gelände verteilen (u.a. am Grill, vor dem Haus, am Pool, auf der Wiese,...), ein großes Grillhäußchen, viele Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung auf dem Gelände (u.a. Pool, Tischtennis, Badminton, kinderschaukel,...), eine ruhige Nachbarschaft mit einem schönen Blick ins Grüne. Hunde werden mit offenen Armen empfangen.
