    Very Poor Service – Disappointing Experience The room fridge was not working, the switches were not functioning, and the hot water kettle was also not working. The bed mattress was in very poor condition, and the landline phone was not working either. When I contacted reception to request food, I was told to go to the restaurant and collect it myself. This is absolutely unacceptable service for a hotel. The room facilities were poorly maintained, and the staff's response was extremely disappointing. Overall, it was a third-class experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

    To start off - staff is really friendly and they even changed our room. The front desk area is good and nice flower rangoli. However it looks like all the rooms are really old and bathrooms and super bad. There is a smell in the bathrooms. Sink are broken in muktiple rooms which I checked while trying to change rooms. In all the rooms, toilet seat doesn’t cover the rim which makes it really bad as your leg touches the rim. Water outlet in the bathrooms was broken and there was a gutter smell in the washrooms. We were staying here with our 15 month old and it became really tough to clean his bottles in such washrooms. Really terrible rooms in the resort and I wouldn’t recommend it to people to stay in this resort as it doesn’t look like good value for money. A lot of other things were broken as well in the room.
