Interior Appointments: Fully equipped kitchen, 2 new flat screen TVs, 1 DVD player, wireless internet access, washer and dryer, gulf front balcony accessible via the living room, high-end cotton linens.
Complex Amenities: Clearwater offers each condo their own private balcony along with an outdoor pool.
*Elevators will not be operating 8/24/26 - 8/26/26. This unit is on the first floor, so there would be one flight of steps to access the condo.
Please note the price also includes the parking fee at Clearwater.

Neutral on this rental.Pros: Beachside, relatively affordable, unit appears newly remodeledCons: older building (unit is nice), I had to get a bit gruff with the rental company asking for a simple garbage bagIn fairness, the properly is listed as 'no frills' - I asked the rental company for one garbage bag so I didn't need to go buy a full box and had to push them on it. It was a bit frustrating, but otherwise, decent property. With the age of the building, the walls are paper thin.

Great condo. So convenient to the beach and pool. Great location. We love this place. Second time here. Some repairs were needed on the first night. They responded quickly and took care of everything. Very pleased and will be back.

I stayed here for the month of January and overall found this to be a good value. The condo was clean, and the view was excellent. Sound proofing was not great, the kitchen was lacking some necessities (like sheet pans) and the exterior hallways and elevator are not in good shape. All in all a good place to ease into retirement.
