Voldoende ruimte in de keuken. Niet volgestouwd met overbodige apparaten.
Hele apartement heeft vloerverwarming zonder themostaat (je kunt de watertemperatuur regelen in een ruimte buiten het apartement). Daardoor 's nachts en in alle kamers dezelfde temperatuur. Als je de slaapkamers kouder wil hebben kan dat alleen door ramen open te zetten.

Well equipped, good sized bedrooms, good location if you want Les Praz - close to lifts, bus and train.
Bunk room is small (probably best for kids or one adult at most). Some odd noises from either pipes or something else.
