This beach front vacation condo rental is located in Destin Florida along the Emerald Coast. Condo rental #413 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom 32' TV, 2 twin beds (that can be converted into a king bed with 'Easy King') in the guest bedroom 24' TV, and a sleeper sofa in the living room 42' TV. This unit has two HDTVs. Destin's Beach is just steps away with a beautiful view from your private balcony.
Destin vacation rental 413 has been completely remodeled and professionally redecorated in a West Indies “Tommy Bahama” style. The unit has new tile floors, brand new furnishings and décor throughout. The living room has new furniture, artwork, lighting, & 42” HDTV with 3.1 sound. The kitchen is updated to include a Keurig Duo for the use of pods or a pot of coffee and the dining room offers a new table, chairs, bar stools, and settings. Both bedrooms have new mattresses, bedding, furniture, TVs and plantation shutters. The Master Bedroom has 32” HDTV.
• No Smoking in Units/Balcony
• The Islander has designated smoking areas (Inquire @ Check-in)
• No Pets
• No More than 6 ppl in a Unit
• The Islander has a Kids Club Program Free for all Guest (inquire @ Front Desk) or Ask a about our V.I.P List of Excursions/Restaurant Discounts for Islander Renters Only
• Guest has initial set up of paper towels/toiletry/trash bags. Guest need to provide their own for the remainder of the stay once depleted

Overall - it was a good experience. The unit is DATED with paint and yellow lights lol!
Super convenient with pools and beaches.
We stayed 7 days and our sheets were never changed.
The towels could be exchanged Tuesday & Thursday… but when you check in on a Saturday, that’s a LONG time to go without clean towels with sand etc.
The kitchen wasn’t stocked with cooking things like we had hoped - no crockpot etc

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The room was great! Clean and had everything we needed. However, the experience was subpar due to the amount of noise from the pool area and the amount of personal equipment placed on beach in addition to what is provided by the condo itself. I sent these concerns two days ago to management and have not heard back. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing time I would advise looking elsewhere.
