It is a beautiful old historic villa. The apartment is on the ground floor for easy access. It has every amenity you could want. We were experiencing high heat and I was happy that there was an air conditioner. And there are thunderstorms, so I was happy for satellite TV. The bed is super comfortable in the shower has plenty of room. All of the appliances seemed brand new.

Cosy, simple apartment on the groundflour with the usage of a nice garden. It has a well-equipped kitchen and also a washing machine.
It's only a few minute walk to Lovran's beautiful old town, also the Lungomare promenade and two small beaches. We visited both beaches. One with rocks (Cipera beach) with our favourite bar/café (Cipera Beach Bar) and with playground was lovely, The other one, Peharovo Beach has a nice swing in the sea. The best beach nearby was recommended by the hosts is in Medveja, 2 km further with a long beach is also great with places to eat, drink, you can also find shadow and a water playground for children (you have to pay for it).
Good to know that the apartment is small, but It was perfect for our 3-member-family.
