The location is as good as it gets. The apartment has all one could need and it’s cozy with a spacious bathroom. The bed was very comfy and the host really friendly. We had nice fresh flowers on the table and a bottle of bubbles as a welcome gift, which was a really nice gesture.
I know we are a bit special with noises :), but we thought the fridge was quite loud, so it got a bit disturbing, when reading a book or writing. But luckily it was possible to turn it off.

Saved historical authenticity with the modern renovation. Living you can feel the touch of history, even old fragment of walls is saved. We stayed in winter. Premises were warm, clean, equipped with everything for comfortable stay.
I would consider offering free Netflix or other option such as Go3 available for guests. There was a little bit of lack of light for reading in a living room. But overall the lighting in all premisses is very pleasant.
