Localização excelente, apartamento amplo e confortável. Tem possibilidade de ir a um terraço no topo do prédio com uma vista muito linda. Banho de chuveiro ótimo.
o miolo da fechadura na porta de entrada está com problemas, e é difícil abrir a porta (levou, prá mim, perto de um minuto cada vez). Seria conveniente trocar. Mas é um detalhe que não impacta a experiência.
