Stay away

Do not book! This is deceptive / false advertising. I had booked the “royal studio with view and balcony”, but at arrival they told me the studio was not available and asked me to take another room (with no view and no balcony) at the same price. I told them it was not acceptable, I specifically booked the room for the view. Their response was basically “take the other room or leave” - I so I left and found another studio that had a view and cost me way less. This host is deceptive and counts on people settling for the lesser room, although they have booked and are paying premium for a nice room with a view.

This apartment has good location. It has big rooms and all nesesary for traveling.

I think that cost for air condishing has to consist to price for apartment. The price for my rent didn't consist for price air condishing.

Good location, close to city center, apartment was clean

There were bugs crawling in both rooms at night. Kitchen utensils were limited to the bare minimum. We rented this apartment as it listed a balcony/terrace as part of this deal. We were surprised to notice when we arrived that the apartment had no balcony.

Good

Location of the place is good, not far from the center, at the same time the area is very quiet. Room was big enough and clean. The hotel does not have its own parking, but it was not a problem to find parking spot. It was very easy to find the keys, because they were in the room :)

Soundproofing is not good. Transparent window it the restroom, no curtains to cover it. We stayed there in December and it was cold inside the room, no access to heating system control for guest, its working automatically.

Nice for short trips

The ap is very comfy and had plenty stuff that you can enjoy. I was so tired when I arrived so when I see the nice bathroom I really enjoy the shower. Also the night when I arrive was raining and the ap was pretty warm

The apartment was very clean, well arranged, cozy. The host is very kind and responsive. Our stay there was comfortable and pleasant. I recommend!

One of our worst experiences on booking

The location was ok enough but I don’t recommend staying there.

The apartment was once great, at the begining but, unfortunately there hasn’t been any new investment done in a while now. I’m not sure about the sheets (they might have been changed) but the kitchen wasn’t touched at all. The trash was full and the table had stains on it. The handler on the fridge was also sticky and the blanket in the living room could have used a wash for months. The towels were small and only for one person and there were no toiletries. The blanket for bad was only for one and we found another one in a drawer but there were no sheets for it. We wrote to the owner both when we arrived and later on, but didn’t solve anything. Also, not realy sure what the last picture, in the presentation, was supposed to be but it is from a hotel in the center area and not from this stay. One of the worst experiences we have ever had on booking - if we had to stay for more than one night, we would have cancelled with the risk of loosing what we’ve paid.

Good position, close to city centre. Quite area.

First of all...the apartment was not cleaned in a while. I found a mouse in the house, sent the video to the owner...nothing. Lack of a microwave and kettle, no wardrobe. Basically nothing as expected. I really suspect the previous feedbacks are fake! Run...Run...

Mizerie in baie peste tot, par pubian pe jos, mucegai.frig, desi am solicitat sa se dea drumul la centrala mai tare, ni s-a comunicat ca exista termostat, care de fapt inseamna ca se inchide, apoi se deschide. Scara exterioara metalica, alunecoasa, greu de accesat. Nu exista telecomanda la ac. 1580 lei 2 nopti pt nimic.

Liniste, curatenie, acces usor la locatie si in locatie, dotari ( vesela, fierbator, servetele, etc). Automat de bauturi in curte. Un televizor extra mare, foarte fain amplasat. Parcare gratuita. Mi-a placut tare. Cand trec prin Craiova cu siguranta o sa revin.

War nicht das was die Seite versprochen hat

Zimmer klein und eng, dazu floß dass Wasser von dem unisolierten Fenster genau vors Bett. Badezimmer in einem recht schlechten Zustand. Sehr laut im Zimmer jedes Fahrzeug daß vor dem Haus vorbeigefahren ist hat sich im Bett angehört als läge man neben der Straße. Hab gleich am Morgen mir eine andere Bleibe gesucht.
