Vino una compañera muy amable, nos explicó todo, nos dio consejos y mucha información que da tranquilidad saber que puedes contactar para cualquier cosa. La casa corresponde a un bajo en una vivienda más grande con otros apartamentos, muy cómodo ya que aparcas en la misma puerta. Puedes llegar al centro caminando pero usamos coche para poder comprar porque está en pendiente. La carretera pasa por delante de la casa y tiene un riachuelo delante, pero la carpintería está muy bien aislada y no te enteras. La cocina muy bien equipada. La decoración y el mobiliario es propio de la zona que le da mucho encanto.

El wifi, aunque pasaba igual con la red de datos en la zona, era muy inestable. Creo que la zona entera tiene un problema de conectividad.

We stayed here for 5 nights in July 2026 as a family of three. We chose this accommodation because we planned to spend most of our holiday hiking. At the time of booking, it offered the best value for money. We arrived earlier than expected and contacted the owner in advance. She kindly came earlier than originally agreed so we could check in, which we really appreciated. The house is located on the outskirts of Cortina, about a 30-minute walk from both the town centre and the nearest supermarket. There is, however, a bus stop close by. One small thing to keep in mind: the apartment is full of decorative items, so it's quite easy to accidentally leave some of your own belongings behind when packing! What we liked - Very friendly and helpful owner. - Excellent value for money. - Modern and clean bathroom. - Well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of kitchen appliances. - Fantastic hiking opportunities in the area. Trail 409 was our favourite and we highly recommend it.

What could be improved - The wooden floors in both the bedroom and living room creak quite loudly. - The Wi-Fi signal is weak. We often had to use our phones as a hotspot from the balcony, and even the 5G signal wasn't particularly strong.

l’unica pecca era la lontananza, anche se non troppo lunga la distanza, la strada era in salita e tornare la sera tardi con il freddo non era l’ideale, però veramente fattibilissimo.

The view. The bathroom had been updated which was at stark contrast with the rest of the property. The sweets were a nice touch.

The apartment was old fashioned and dark. We had no wifi and a fuse blew on the first evening which meant we had a cold dinner. The electric supply was insufficient for the appliances and the host could not speak English which made it hard for us to communicate with her. There was no overhead lighting in the tiny kitchen.
