Great location close to supermarket, restaurants and beach. Agios Nikitas is a lovely small village. Wonderful view from balconies. Air conditioning handy during a hot August stay. Swimming pool. Friendly host and cleaner. Easy to take local bus in the summer to Lefkada town for a day trip. Host kindly arranged us taxis to/from airport which was very helpful.
As others have said it is a steep climb uphill to the property but without the climb there would be no views! It's perfectly manageable so no big worry.

Beautiful little villa up behind town with amazing views over Agios Nikitas. We were a family of 5 and the kids loved the pool and the villa had a good layout for a family with the main room and ensuite upstairs and kids room downstairs (closer to the pool!). Everything was very clean and the owner was super friendly and took us through the property. They also took the time to leave us drinks in the fridge and there were lots of other thoughtful inclusions. And there was a great laundry too which was super useful for us.
The amazing views did come at the cost of a steep climb up to the property (the driveway!!) but the walk into town was very picturesque and fairly quick and we booked knowing about the climb.
I did personally find the main room bed a bit hard, but my husband was happy so each to their own!! All the other beds were very comfortable.

Despite some minor issues with wifi and phone signal, I would happily give this very comfortable and well located accommodation a 10. However, I still can't do this considering the steep path we had to walk every day, sometimes twice a day, which is a bit frustrating after a long day.
