Lokalizacja obiektu jest bardzo dobra,blisko do plaży.

A minusy to:płatność gotówką,stan kamienicy-na zdjęciach wyglądało to zdecydowanie lepiej niż w rzeczywistości.Klimat mieszkania zupełnie nam nie odpowiadał-ciasna łazienka i zimna,pokoje urządzone na głęboki PRL.Cena nieadekwatna do jakości.
