Στο ισόγειο λειτουργεί super market και ήταν πολύ βολικό. Επίσης δύο φορές που κόπηκε το ρεύμα στη περιοχή άνοιξαν πολύ γρήγορα γεννήτριες και είχε και ρεύμα και ίντερνετ Επίσης, η τοποθεσία είναι σε πολύ βολικό σημείο, κεντρικά στο χωριό και μπροστά στη θάλασσα Το πιο βασικό όμως ήταν οι άνθρωποι. Ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί σε ότι ζητήθηκε
