Caparica Sol

- location is great, supermarket in front and just around the corner, restaurants nearby - mum of the host received us and is an amazing and polite person - great communication with the host itself - well equipped, especially the availability of a washing machine....see what we did not like... - private parking spot below the building. here I recommend arriving with a small car. if it is loo long, you might need a good driver - the view from the balcony is a big plus. since we had bad weather we did not spend some time there but with sun, it must be incredible - we got provided a bottle of red wine. thank you a lot for this detail

- it could have been cleaner at all: floor, extra bed sheets for the sofa. - the sofa itself needs some cleaning too and also the pillows - the microwave needs to be cleaned. bad smell comes from preparing food and after taking out the food, directly closing the microwave... - the towels smelled bad. I think they did not dry 100% before they were stored. - since there is a washing machine, we helped out ourselves getting comfortable - still some water in the coffee maker and water cooker. since I don't now since when its there, its always good to make sure its empty before the next guest arrive - shower head needs some cleaning and desinfection please!

El apartamento estaba súper cuidado, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones. La verdad se notaba los detalles y las ganas de agradar. Pocos sitios se ven así. Hemos estado 1 semana muy a gusto. Lourdes es un encanto de persona se agradece un montón que te reciba alguien así y de paso te oriente sobre sitios. Otro punto a favor las fotocopias de las instrucciones de los electrodomésticos y de los autobuses es una pasada. El balcón te da mucho juego para desayunar y cenar, muy fresquito a mediodía imposible porque da el sol. Al estar en la calle principal tienes cerca todo, parada bus, supermercados, mercado, bares, tiendas...todo.

Al estar en la calle principal tienes cerca todo, pero también tienes mucho ruido debido al tráfico. Para personas con sueño ligero no lo recomiendo.

Maria Lourdes and Paulo are the best hosts I’ve ever seen. I have some minor issues and they were super responsive and did everything they could do solve them. The apartment is the cleanest one I’ve seen on Booking, the location is exceptional, close to the center of caparica and 10 far away from the beach. I would stay there forever!
