Simple and cheap stay with all you neeed.

Nice space and balconies. All the tools you need are there. Very cheap. Great for a party trip with friends :)

The area is very remote, sometimes can`t even get an Uber (we were at the time of Olympics though). Beds are not the best.

Clean, well maintained apartment but lousy location.

Very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a clothes washer and a large fridge. The staff (though I never met) were very responsive via WhatsApp. Reserved parking in front of the apartment was great and was gated.

The location was undesirable to say the least. I'm new to that area but it seemed to be pretty run down neighborhood. There were no stores or anything close by. It's on the backside of some shipping facility. I took this hotel as it was somewhat midway between the airport and Milan. If you are not driving and have a family this is not an ideal location. I didn't look for public transportation so cannot comment on the accuracy of the description. There is also an expectation from the organization to leave the apartment clean and all trash taken out and separated by materials (paper, plastic etc). This is not ideal when you are visiting for a short stay with early morning flight and touristing all day. The beds were tiny but did supply four separate ones so it worked out.

Sylvia, the host, was friendly and responsive. The property was clean.

It would be helpful to have a car - the nearest restaurants & shops were ~20 min walk away, and the road the property is on didn't have a sidewalk/footpath.

Soggiorno perfetto!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento. L'alloggio è dotato di ogni comfort: cucina attrezzata, lavatrice, ambienti curati e puliti, connessione Wi-Fi veloce. La posizione è strategica, comoda per raggiungere facilmente Milano e Como (nel nostro caso). Un ringraziamento speciale a Silvia, sempre gentile e disponibile e che ha saputo guidarci con istruzioni dettagliatissime. Molto comodo anche per il parcheggio, in sede e al chiuso, cosa difficilissima in zona. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un soggiorno senza pensieri!

In una corte lombarda

Struttura vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada, ma molto silenziosa di notte; parcheggio comodo sotto l'appartamento; bagno grande, pulito e dotato di molti asciugamani, comodo lo scaldasalviette; non abbiamo usato la cucina ma sembrava dotata del necessario; letti comodi. Abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con un interruttore che però è stato prontamente sostituito, ottima e veloce la comunicazione con l'host.

Un paio di suggerimenti: servirebbero delle tendine alle finestre, mentre in camera sarebbero utili un piano d'appoggio e una abat-jour.
