Nie dla gości dla których korzystanie z balkonu jest ważne.

Piękna okolica, bliskość i zapach lasu.Dużo do zwiedzania też przy brzydkiej pogodzie. Polecamy skorzystanie z ofert Kurverwaltung ( darmowe), wycieczek statkiem, też po Sellinersee z Selinner Hafen do Baabe Hafen. W apartamencie świetna kawa z automatu, dostarczano nam ziarna kawy. Na przywitanie woda na stole w pięknej butelce. Ładny, zadbany dom z ogrodem. Stylowo urządzone mieszkanie.Łóżko b.duże i wygodne materace. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, piękna porcelana. B.dobry telewizor, choć mały wybór programów. Bardzo miła Pani z obsługi domu, która jest bardzo pomocna i próbowała nam pomóc we wszystkich problemach.

Niestety nie zaznaliśmy tutaj ciszy i spokoju. Na ulicy zaczęły się roboty drogowe. Tną ulicę i kładą kable. Hałas. Dudnienie. Utrudnienie w poruszaniu się autem z powodu maszyn i pojazdów budowlanych. Apartament z balkonem był dla nas decydującym argumentem, bo lubimy spożywać posiłki na świeżym powietrzu (tu możnaby było obserwować zachody słońca ). A tu takie rozczarowanie. Z balkonu nie mogliśmy korzystać z powodu hałasu ( rano) ale też ogromnej ilości jaskółek, które zagnieździły się pod dachem nad balkonem. Ciągle fruwały z dużą szybkością robiąc agresywne manewry nad naszymi głowami. Mieliśmy wrażenie że chcą nas odstraszyć, bo to ich teren. To wywoływało w nas lęk i stres. Balkon, fotele, codziennie od nowa były obsrane. Brak informacji w opisie apartamentu na ten temat.Niektorzy mogą mieć ptasią fobię. W łazience nie ma mydła do rąk i ręcznika. Bardzo ciasna kabina prysznicowa. W mieszkaniu nie ma środków czystości, ścierki do podłogi, tabletek do zmywarki, płynu do zmywania. Bardzo mała lodówka pod blatem. Za mały stół jadalny. Skosy nad sofą i w łazience. W sypialni duże łóżko z drewnianą, pełną kantów ramą blokuje przejście do drzwi. Odległość od kantu ściany i ramy niecała stopa damska. Niebezpieczeństwo zranienia. Na zdjęciach Apartament wydaje się większy. Biorąc powyższe pod uwagę i że za ręczniki i pościel trzeba dodatkowo zapłacić, to cena jest zawyżona. Daleko do plaży piechotą.( Do Seebrücke i głównej plaży ok. 1,5, do ładniejszej plaży Südstrand ok 2,5 km), chociaż my dużo chodziliśmy.Mało miejsca parkingowych przy plaży i drogo. Daleko do Bäderbahn ( darmowy dla tych co zapłacili Kurtaxe), który wozi do plaży. Historycznym pociągiem Roland wygodnie ale drogo. Stacja jest niedaleko.

Schönes Haus und tolle Lage

Das schöne Haus und die stilvolle Inneneinrichtung der Zimmer hat uns sehr gefallen. Ein Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung direkt am Grundstück.

Handseife war leider nicht im Bad vorhanden und die Türen der Dusche waren defekt und ließen sich nicht richtig schließen. Die Tür am Hängeschrank war defekt und das Licht im Backofen funktionierte leider auch nicht. Der Kaffee schmeckte leider nicht so gut und die Kaffeemaschine machte den Kaffee nur lauwarm.
