When you pay a holiday you expect to receive in return peace and tranquility

The beach is nice, the apartment is clean and silent, the owner came to pick us up at the airport.

The owner made my 4-year-old daughter cry as she didn't take off her sandals before going up the stairs. When my daughter played with a 3-year-old child the owner sent away the child saying to his grandad that this is private property. My daughter cried as she couldn't understand why she couldn't play with her friend. When we took an inflatable toy to the beach he jumped in front of us telling me off and accusing me for destroying his house with sea salt. We were terrified to use it again and left it downstairs where he wanted it to leave ( in the middle of the road). This block of apartments called Children's paradise has little to do with children's paradise really. I travelled alone with my daughter as my husband couldn't reach us straightaway for work reasons. I wonder if this situation contributed to his feeling free to treat a woman with a child in a authoritarian way. I will never return to this property as I didn't feel free but observed and conditioned. I didn't even feel free to ask if an old friend of mine could come upstairs for a coffee.

Lovely vacation by the sea in a terrific apartment for a very competitive price.

Our stay was terrific. The location is dreamy and calm with close access to the beach and all you need for restful and relaxed holidays. The apartment was clean and tidy. We especially liked the warm hospitality of the host who provided us with everything we needed.

Superb

Perfect location with view on the sea. Nice welcome by the owners. Appartment has everything one needs (hairdryer, iron, kitchen supplies and air conditioning what we didn't use but is surely highly needed in the summer months because appartment is under the roof). The floor space is small, but for us it was enough, especially when you spend the days out on the beach. Impeccable cleanliness.

Perfect location by the beach, comfortable apartment

Location just at the safe beach, with a cafe next door, clean and spacious, with big and comfy bed, equipped kitchen and comfortable bathroom. Lovely sight from the balcony to the sea and islands. Helpful and hospitable hosts. Close to the main road with easy access to Zadar and other Dalmatian cities.

Superb

Great location, fantastic view, the apartment was very clean and enough spacious for family of three. We used our car navigation to find the apartment and we ended up driving in the wrong direction on the one way roads, afterwards we used google maps and it worked great. The beach is great for families, i really recommend Childrens paradise for its location and nice, clean apartments.

The property was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Very close to the beach. Quiet area.

Hot water boiler tank in the bathroom is not enough for 2 people, one of us was always ending up with cold water. The location is not great, not much to do, not enough open restaurants, the ones that were open mostly offered pizza or burgers of poor quality. Driveway of the property is really tricky and the parking space is under some kind of fruit tree and the juices of this tree ended up on our car that attracted lots of flies. The hood of the car was covered in them all the time as they got stuck in the sweet juice cover.

Tolle Lage und freundliche Gastgeber

Die Lage ist großartig und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnungen sind toll für Familien geeignet. In direkter Nähe befindet sich eine Eisdiele, ein Restaurant und eine Bäckerei. Der Vorgarten vom Haus hat sehr schöne schattige Sitzplätze, die wir jeden Tag nutzen konnten. Das war sehr gut und den Cappuccino gab es direkt von der Eisdiele rübergebracht.

Polecam każdemu chociaż raz przyjechać do tego obiektu, gwarantuje żętonie będzie ostatni raz, my na pewno tam wrócimy

Zdecydowanie obsługa, z właścicielami kontakt był bardzo dobry, balkon z widokiem na morze, w krytycznych sytuacjach klimatyzacja ratowała (trafiliśmy na fenomenalną pogodę, więc było bardzo gorąco), sklepy są w pobliżu, także można na spokojnie zrobić i te mniejsze i większe zakupy.

Sehr schöner Badeurlaub.

Die Wohnung war sehr ssuber geputzt. Die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am Meer hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Stipe und Martina waren sehr nett und hilsbereit. Alle Geräte, wie TV, Klimaanlage etc. haben wunderbar funktioniert. Ein paar Kleiderhacken, um Jacken aufzuhängen wäre noch ideal, doch das ist nur ein kleines Detail. Komme sehr gerne wieder.

Ottimo per il mare e per girare la Croazia

L'appartamento era bellissimo, spazioso, e con tutto il necessario. La posizione era ottima. La spiaggia e il mare sono proprio di fronte :) Il mare è limpido e l'acqua è bassa perfetta per i bambini. I ristoranti, bar, market e il centro del paese sono raggiungibili a piedi. Noi avevamo un auto a noleggio e siamo andati ogni giorno in un posto diverso: Mare di Carino e paklenica, Split, Plitvice Jezera, Zadar, isola di Pag, Nin. Sukosan è un paese carinissimo. Martina e Stipe, i proprietari, abitano nell'appartamento vicino e sono sempre pronti ad aiutare, super gentili e cordiali. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Super consigliato!!!

Unschlagbare Aussicht und sooo herzliche Gastgeber!!

Wir sind insgesamt 9 Nächte in dem wunderschönen Apartment von Stipe und Martina geblieben. Geplant waren 8 Nächte, aber wir haben spontan direkt noch eine Nacht dranhängen können. Es war alles in allem einfach nur wundervoll erholsam und herrlich entspannend. Unsere beiden Gastgeber waren mehr als hilfsbereit und herzlich und haben uns tolle Tipps geben können. Im September ist es etwas ruhiger, was für uns perfekt war, da das Meer noch schön warm zum Baden war und auch noch alle Restaurants geöffnet hatten. Die Lage des Apartments und vor allem der Blick direkt aufs Meer ist unschlagbar! Jeden Abend konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang vom Apartment aus genießen. Dank voll ausgestatteter Küche war auch die Selbstverpflegung ohne Probleme möglich. Wir haben direkt für nächstes Jahr angefragt und kommen gerne wieder!! Stipe und Martina führen das Apartment mit so viel Herzblut und Liebe, das spürt man überall. ☺️

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit sehr netten Gastgebern

Das Appartement ist sehr schön. Die Nähe zum Meer war super. Wir durften sogar schon früher ins Appartement und wurden mit frischen Feigen und Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten begrüßt. Martina und Stipe waren sehr nett. Vielen Dank.

Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war sehr schwach.
