We were able to get into the property early, as my daughter, son in law and their baby arrived before us, so it was very useful. Great location, very central, lovely views from lounge area of church, lots of cafes, grocery stores nearby, lift in apartment was a great help with the baby buggy. Lovely big apartment, perfect for us all.
A bath would be great, we missed that, to bath the baby. Or a baby bath. The tramline stops runs right behind the property, so cannot really open windows as too noisy, but this didnt really matter too much to us, as it was not height of summer.

very easy to communicate with property, accessible, clean
flooring too noisy doors too cracky, there is no privacy (you can hear everything at night paper thin walls). train station nearby not at as annoying as sounds from floor. door knob in one of the rooms was broken. apartment can be better equipped (no coffee or anything). there is a chicken place downstairs that makes the entrance smelly and cant really open windows
