The standalone holiday home is functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 50 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with stove in all rooms (gas). The entrance leads over a 15 sqm terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the 9 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Eat-in kitchen with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Separate toilet with WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. TV programme in DE

Zalakaros. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Quiet, green location. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. Television reception via satellite. TV broadcast in DE.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.

Es war so wie erwartet, wir waren schon mal da, einfaches Haus, einfache Ausstattung, für uns hat es gepasst weil wir auch einen großen Hund mitnehmen konnten.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Besitzer. Die Qualität der Anlage ist dem Preis angemessen. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen

Das Haus war soweit in Ordnung, wenn man eine Doppelhaushälfte gebucht hat, dies war aber nicht der Fall. In der Beschreibung der Unterkunft stand einzeln stehendes Ferienhaus, nicht Doppelhaushälte. Leider wurden wir dadurch getäuscht. Schlimm ist es allerdings nur, wenn man wie wir sehr lautstarke Nachbarn bekommt, die nur durch einen dünnen Sichtschutz abgetrennt sind.
