Everything was in good condition.

The bed linens were made of polyester and water from the shower leaked to the floor.

Good

The bed was super comfort! A station for one bus line is in the front of our window and for the another line is 3 minutes away. (The only problem with buses is that the are not very often, especially on the weekend.) The bakery is also there, and the supermarket is 10 minutes away. There is a beach 15-20 minutes away.

There was no place to hang wet things from the beach. Another inconvenience was that there was only two nightstands and one tiny cabinet, so we had to keep all our things in suitcases.

Nice place to stay in Pula

That's the first REALLY clean apartament, which we have booked here. Mattress is very comfortable. Housewife very helpful and kind. I highly recommend!

Needs some TLC and a new bedroom furniture.

The place makes good use of its space. Good water pressure in the shower. The hosts are nice people - they were kind enough to meet me at a supermarket to guide me to the apartment, which I really appreciated. The bathroom and kitchen sinks were clean as was the toilet and fridge. Elsewhere it was mucky. Sadly the cleaner is not doing a proper job.

The bed was not as shown in the photographs - it was a horrible brown velour base and cushion/mattress with an extra waffle foam mattress on top. It was soft and lumpy. The pillows where made from foam chunks and too high to comfortably rest your head. The room smelled musty and the local dogs barked all through the night. Wearing earplugs made little difference. The bedside cabinets are broken and the bedside lamp bases are cracked. The place was not clean.

Cena ok, místo u rušené silnice, ale rozbitá protékající toaleta.

Možnost příjezdu do pozdějšího hodin, i když nebyl personál k dispozici. Ubytování odemčeno na předem zaslaný kód. Místo u rušné silnice, ale na ubytování v podkroví to nemělo vliv,

Hluk nám ale dělala celou noc toaleta. :-/ Na toaletě po prvním spláchnutím a znovu naplněním nádrže začala voda protékat, ať jsme zkusili cokoli, toaleta protékala dál a byla dost hlasitá celou noc. Bylo to dost nepříjemné. Reakce informace od majitele, že máme se splachováním víc zakvedlat nám přišlo až po odjezdu, nicméně i to jsme zkoušeli několikrát večer. Pros příště bych doporučila hosty upozornit na příchod k apartmánu, ze které strany přijít, přechází se frekventovaná silnice z možného místa zaparkování a dá se přijít jen z jedné strany, pokud se host netrefí, musí vše obcházet znovu.

Fer, poštena cijena za smještaj za dan ili više, zavisi od prohtjeva gostiju.

Zavjesu tuš kabine zamijeniti staklom. Kod tuširanja voda po čitavoj kupaoni. Kod dužeg boravka dobro bi došle dvije stolice , ormar za rublje prevelik ako se ostaje dan dva.

Praktische Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Einfach, aber zweckmäßig.

Bin hier immer zur Übernachtung vor oder nach dem Camping. Macht das Reisen mit dem Zelt deutlich entspannter, da ich nicht gerne im Dunkeln aufbauen möchte und auch der Abbau kann flexibler gestaltet werden. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig, die Key Box erfordert keinen absoluten Fix Termin. Von daher werde ich Damian auch weiterhin buchen.

Praktična soba na ulazu u Pulu prema Fažani i Brijunima

Lokacija na ulazu (ili izlazu) iz prema Fažani je vrlo dobra. Pozicija je na glavnoj cesti sa (javnim) parkingom prekoputa. Soba je bila uredna i opremljena bazično. Kupaonica je mala i funkcionalna. Mi smo bili jedan dan i ovo je korektno ali za boravak više dana možda bi trebalo dodati još neke sitnice (npr. držače za ručnike u kupaonici). Komunikacija sa vlasnicom je bila korektna. Ovo je dobar, cjenovno vrlo pristupačan smještaj za kraći boravak.

Bilo je KATASTROFA, ne vrijedi ništa

TO NE POSTOJI

Kao prvo, polažaj nije bio dobar glavna cesta ,parking ako uloviš. Čista prevara, bukirali smo apartman a dobili sobu. U sobi nije bilo frizidera niti čaše a muž se je lupio u glavu 100 puta do krvi sve prljavo, smrdljivo, pauci nije mi jasno kako ste dali kategorizaciju za takav objekt??? Tražim povrat novca 300 eur.
